Checks every synced turbine GPS is correctly embedded across the globe map, the console marine-traffic map and the lightning-watch map, and that each turbine sits at its true position relative to its site. Any inconsistency is logged to the error log. To rebuild the turbine layouts use “Sync new server files locally” below.

Runs the GPS sync on the server into an isolated staging copy — your live data is never touched. When it finishes, a review window opens showing exactly what is new, changed and removed. You then choose to download the new version (to push via GitHub) or delete the proposed update. Master owner only.

The self-learning model archives each live forecast, then — as those hours pass — compares it to what actually happened (buoys near-real-time; global ERA5 reanalysis lags ~5 days) and refines a per-site correction. Genuine numbers therefore accrue over the first several days, not instantly. Skill vs persistence = how much we beat the naive "conditions stay the same" baseline (100 = perfect, 0 = no better). RMSE reduction = how much the learned correction improves the raw model. Master owner only.

Give a code to a tester; they redeem it on the login screen ("Have an access code?") with their own email. 0 days = never expires (use that + role Admin for a long-term helper you can later promote to owner). Codes are shown once — copy immediately. Revoke anytime. Master owner only.

PO/invoice access requests awaiting your decision. Approve activates the requested tier & sub-tier for that account (the account must already exist — issue an access code or have them register first). No card data is ever collected. Master owner only.

Manually grant or change a customer's plan (e.g. after an off-platform contract). Seat cap defaults to the tier's cap if left blank. Master owner only.

Under-construction sites that now show real turbines in the synced data. Review and promote to flip the site to operational, place its turbines, and build its console — across all maps.

Queued info-window changes needing your decision (single-source, conflicting, or AI-only). Approving applies them to the site records and rebuilds the maps. Each shows its sources; AI-extracted values link to the cited page.

A snapshot is taken automatically before every GPS sync, promotion, Info-Sync and data integration (newest 20 kept). Restore reverts records, configs, maps and databases to that point — it snapshots the current state first (so a revert is undoable) and keeps your current user accounts unless you choose to roll those back too.
